Harvest of the white varietals began 2 weeks earlier than normal in Paso Robles. "The slightly earlier start to harvest can be attributed to the early growing season warmth in June/July when daytime temperatures averaged 92 degrees Fahrenheit, which included eight straight days of over 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
