If so, I should enroll some of my friends who seem to think it is impolite to not drink all the wine offered and after two wineries are tipsy. Then, of course there is always the one guy in the group who wants to showcase that he just read wine basics 101 online. Hint: No one cares. Let us enjoy the wine in peace or at least hear from the expert behind the wine tasting counter.

Thanks for the great read, it's pretty easy to pick out the new wine tasters from the more experienced. Spitting is an issue with some people while others prefer it so that they can maintain a clean pallet.
