Travelers looking to take their tasting experience to altogether greater sensory heights will find just the thing in Lynmar Estate's brand new Estate Tour, debuting just in time for the summer travel season. Offered at the Russian River Valley winery by appointment only Thursdays and Fridays beginning July 8, the Tour guides participants through a two-hour deep dive into the winery's facilities and operations, concluding with a sumptuous food and wine pairing prepared by winery chef Sandra Simile.
Sustainable Stimuli
Billed as "a complete sensory journey," the tour is designed to go beyond the typical tasting experience to incorporate elements of touch, smell, sound and sight as well. Lynmar does its best to deliver on this promise, including in the tour plenty of opportunities to engage the senses: Guests will visit the spot's expansive organic gardens, its horticulture center and greenhouse, estate vineyards, gravity flow winery (where winemaker Hugh Chappelle may make a cameo) and underground caves. And with a food and wine pairing planned to wrap it all up, this much, at least, is for certain: Guests' sense of hunger will no doubt be satisfied.

Tours are $65 per person and offered by appointment only Thursdays and Fridays at 10:30AM.

I conduct unique wine tours, etc. Please keep me informed of future events. What is your address/location/etc? mahalo.

I was interested in coming down on Sept. 25th,Thursday, to enjoy your Estate Tour Food and Wine pairing. Your article indicated Thursday Tours, but your website indicated Estate Tours on Friday and no Thursday. Can you tell me if you will have the Estate Tours in September on Thursday?

Graci!

Lynmar is known to blow appointments so double check any appointment you have with them. They may drop you after you've made plans. Frederick Deere

Lynmar is exceptional! Both for the wines and the hospitality experiences. We went for teh estate tour, which is $65/person. It was totally worth it.

You tour the gardens and barn with the gardener, then walk the vineyards, then to the caves and the winery and to finsh it off a great lunch paired with their reserve wines!

I would definitely recommend this place. And we didn't have any problems with reservations, absolutely flawless. Katie
