Beer and baseball are a classic pairing, and this downtown Calistoga bar/restaurant/inn also boasts an award-winning microbrewery, which sells 100% of its beers on the premises. If you find yourself craving barbecue but want nothing to do with Texas, head to Characters Bar and Grill in the Napa Valley Marriott, where Kansas City native chef Brian Whitmer dishes out barbecue classics like baby back ribs, slow-smoked pulled pork sliders, smoked chickens, and Prime beef brisket sandwiches.  A full bar license lets you celebrate each play with whatever libations you desire.  3425 Solano Ave, Napa.

If you'd rather just cheer with your stomach, check out some of the special Giants-themed treats around town. Three Twins Ice Cream has created a new flavor in honor of the World Series.  "Go Giants" is a delectable mélange of Musquée de Provence (an heirloom pumpkin) ice cream and chocolate cookies that exemplifies San Francisco sensibilities. Gott's Roadside is also offering a milkshake homage to the Giants made of San Francisco's own Double Rainbow pumpkin ice cream with chocolate syrup drizzle, for $5.99 every day of the World Series, at all three of their locations.
