Recipe: Killer Bread

Wine Pairing: Pinot Grigio (favorite is by Luna Vineyards)

Chef Name: Linda Whitted

Ingredients:
butter, mayo, Parmesan cheese, garlic, mozzarella cheese, sour dough bread

Directions:
I cant tell you anything more or give details . . . its a SECRET!

Readers: Looks pretty good from the picture and easy to make.  Probably perfect as a snack or along with dinner. Would love to get some readers thoughts on how to make this since we aren't given any directions...

It looks like it is made by mixing the mayo fine chopped garlic and the parmesan cheese and spread on top of a buttered slice of sour dough bread. Add chopped fresh tomatoes and shreded basil, maybe put it under a broiler just a few seconds and serve very hot. At least that's how I made it and it was really tasty.

When I try the recipe for the Killer Bread. Iam going mix the mayo, finely chopped garlic together, then spread on the buttered slice of sourdough. Then I would add the parmesan cheese and shreded basil and the tomatoes over the top then put under the broiler fot about 3 to 5 minutes.
