Recipe: Spinach Pasta Sheets w/ Sauteed Shrimp & Roasted Tomato Cream Sauce

  • 2 ten inch pasta sheets cut into 2 inch strips
  • 6 ea 16/20 shrimp cut in half
  • ¼ cup chopped cooked smoked bacon
  • ¼ cup fresh roasted Tomatoes
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp chopped shallots
  • 1 cup fresh Tomato sauce
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese


Sauté shrimp, roasted tomatoes, bacon, garlic and shallots together. When shrimp start to change color add tomato sauce & cream. Reduce by ¼. Cook pasta two to three minutes in salted boiling water. Drain water toss pasta with sauce and cook for 30 seconds. Serve promptly.
